Yerevan should fulfill Turkey’s preconditions for the Turkish Parliament to ratify the Armenia-Turkey Protocols, said the Deputy Chairman of ruling “Justice and Development” Party Salih Kapusuz, Turkish Interhaber website reports.
According to the politician, the ratification of the Protocols depends on the possible agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan
