The information on the early elections does not correspond to reality, said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the opening ceremony of a new building of Sabiha Gökçen international airport in Istanbul.

“The elections will be held in terms stipulated by the law,” CNNturk e-source quotes Erdogan.

As NEWS.am informed early, Erdogan and Leader of the Republican People's Party (RPP) Deniz Baykal had a small talk during the events on Turkey‘s Republic Day. Turkish mass media interpreted the dialogue as a basis for holding early elections. Later, Erdogan stated that if there was a necessity to hold early elections, he would himself inform the nation first, but not the oppositional leader.
