I heard a lot about the Meghri region, its sweet fruits, and favorable conditions. This is what made me visit Meghri. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Armenia Petr Piruncik stated this at the meeting with Meghri Mayor Khachatur Andreasyan.

During the meeting, Andreasyan thanked Piruncik for his visit to Meghri. The diplomat's visit was a familiarization visit. The Ambassador wished to get acquainted with the situation in the south of Armenia.

At the end of the meeting, the diplomat thanked them for the warm reception, and a mutual agreement was reached that the meetings would be regular, the press service of Meghri Municipality informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
