Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to Malta, from Wednesday to Thursday, to attend the 31st Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), informed Ani Badalyan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
Bilateral meetings are also planned, Badalyan added.
