IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn expressed confidence that the global crisis will not recur delivering a speech at the conference of APEC Finance Ministers in Singapore.
According to Business 24 daily news, Kahn stated that there are still risks in the international market, however there is no threat of recession reiteration. According to IMF forecast, economic growth will start from 2010-2011, though it will be slow.
