YEREVAN. – Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Samvel Nikoyan held a meeting Thursday with all NA department heads and Chief of Staff Gegham Gharibjanyan. And, according to the information Zhoghovurd daily received, he carried out a huge “skirmish,” in an attempt to learn how information about NA is being printed in the press, the daily writes.  

“According to our sources, Samvel Nikoyan stated that he views this, and the whispers in [NA] corridors, as sabotage, whose perpetrators will be punished. NA Speaker also announced that he, too, has sources and knows how the information is leaked. And with respect to the well-known not-so-good relations between him and NA Chief of Staff, it is noted that Gegham Gharibjanyan is actively working toward returning to embassy work,” Zhoghovurd writes.
