YEREVAN. - The volume of transactions in foreign currency has increased rapidly in Armenian stock exchange. According to the information of Armenian Central Bank, during the current week banks have bought $110 million and have sold $118 million. Compared to last week this week dollar circulation in the stock exchange has grown by 15 percent.

There is no increase sign in the Euro circulation, but there is a small increase in the Russian ruble circulation. During the current week banks have bought €7.7 million and have sold €11.6 million. 712 million Russian rubles have been bought and 108 million have been sold.

There is also noticeable growth in the credit market.
