The Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The largest companies operating with Russian capital in Armenia have received an instruction from “above” to no longer carry out funding of charitable programs, various foundations, and events.

A representative of one of these companies told us that they received the warning recently, but they were not transmitted details, and they do not know [whether] a political or economic component is placed on the basis of that decision.

Most likely, this is a political instruction, since even during the most heated period of the Russian-Ukrainian war, companies operating with Russian capital [in Armenia] did not stop providing financial support to public initiatives.
