Despite not having diplomatic relations with Turkey, Armenia is conducting a much more active and productive dialogue than many countries that have diplomatic relations with each other. Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this during the debates on the report on the implementation of the 2024 state budget of Armenia at Thursday’s joint meeting of the standing committees of the parliament.
"Undoubtedly, anyone who says ‘It's time for the dialogue to have tangible results on the ground’ will be correct," added the Armenian FM.
Mirzoyan assured that the dialogue between Yerevan and Ankara has been developing in a very positive direction for a long time.
"However, it's time to see the final results," he added.
