A delegation led by Valentina Matvienko, speaker of the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, has arrived in Armenia on an official visit.
Matvienko was welcomed at Yerevan international airport by the speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan.
