The Russian delegation visiting Armenia consists of 360 people. This was announced by Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, during the tenth Armenian-Russian Interregional Forum being held in Yerevan Friday.

Volvach added that this includes representatives of 15 Russian regions, including the governors of five regions.

“At the anniversary forum, we have tried to ensure a broad presence of both Russian regions and Russian business,” the Russian official noted.

Volvach added that Valentina Matvienko, speaker of the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, also is visiting Armenia, and she will attend the plenary session of the aforementioned forum, which is also important for bilateral relations between the two countries.
