By a decree of the Armenian president, Haykak Arshamyan has been appointed Armenia's ambassador to Hungary.
His respective diplomatic residence will be in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.
Arshamyan had announced on Thursday that he was dismissed from the position of Executive Director of Hayastan All Armenia Fund and will enter diplomatic service.
