A number of provinces of Armenia and regions of Russia signed cooperation agreements on Friday.

In particular, a cooperation agreement was signed between the government of the Rostov Region of Russia and the administration of the Ararat Province of Armenia.

In addition, a program of events was signed between the Arkhangelsk Region of Russia and the Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia.

These agreements were reached on the margins of the tenth Armenian-Russian Interregional Forum in Yerevan Friday.

These documents were exchanged in the presence of Alen Simonyan, speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, and Valentina Matvienko, speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia.
