At least 50 people, of whom at least 35 are women and children, have been injured in Israeli attacks on Tehran, Iran's state television reported.

“As a result of the Israeli regime's attack, about 50 injured people have been taken to hospitals... at least 35 of them are women and children,” the anchor of the state-run news channel said in a live broadcast.

Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press office reported that the Israeli Air Force was striking dozens of targets in Iran allegedly linked to the nuclear program and military installations. According to Reuters, citing an Israeli military official, Iranian military commanders are also the targets of Israel's strikes in Iran.
