YEREVAN. – An amusing housebreak attempt occurred in Armenia’s Aygek village.

A 66-year-old resident of Melik village went to Aygek village, on Sunday, and broke into the house of an elderly woman. While gathering the kitchen’s aluminum and copper pots and pans to steal them, he drank the bottle of vodka, which he had brought along, and fell into sleep, and thus not succeeding in the theft.      

He was taken to hospital for inebriation, Police Force informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

And according to the doctor’s report, the man was incapable of providing explanations. 

An investigation is underway.
