YEREVAN.- Once you visit Nagorno-Karabakh you can understand how absurd are allegations that Karabakh can renounce independence, said Slovakian politician.

The first speaker of Slovakia’s National Council Frantisek Miklosko told the journalists he had participated as an observer in the previous parliamentary elections held in Karabakh. The political said he was impressed by the level of democracy in the Karabakh society.

Miklosko regrets the EU did not recognize the elections. He considers the international agencies should render assistance to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

“The paradox is that Christian Europe has forgotten Christian values. In this regard, Nagorno-Karabakh is challenging Europe,” he concluded.
