Head of the EU delegation to Armenia,Ambassador Piotr Świtalski posted a video message about the EU-Armenia Partnership Priorities.
The document was signed yesterday in Brussels by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian.
