YEREVAN. – Armenia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Japan, Hrant Poghosyan, on Monday presented the copy of his credentials to Japan’s Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kenichiro Sasae.
Japanese deputy FM congratulated the Ambassador for assuming this office, and expressed a hope that Armenian-Japanese relations will further expand during Poghosyan’s tenure, MFA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In his turn, the Ambassador stressed that official Yerevan always considers Japan as a friendly country, and added that he is honored to represent Armenia in Japan.
