GLENDALE. – A 44-year-old Armenian man in Glendale does not acknowledge guilt for stabbing a man several times and throwing him out of the car before eyewitnesses.

As Glendale-News-Press reports Shagen Norshadyan is accused in attempted murder and aggravated mayhem during stabbing. He and his passenger were arrested about 11:07 p.m. after police stopped their car and spotted a bloodied knife and prescription pills dumped on the floor next to a car door.

Witnesses reported seeing Norshadyan exit the driver’s seat, walk toward the rear passenger side, grab the 51-year-old victim and dump him on the street before taking off. The victim has not been identified yet and had multiple stab wounds on his legs and knees. Norshadyan is scheduled to appear in Court for a preliminary hearing on July 3.
