The German music newspaper Klassik Akzente has published an article on the album of the Armenian jazz pianist Tigran Hamasyan. The article reads, in part:

“In the albums of Tigran Hamasyan, songs have always played a significant role. Sometimes he sings himself, and sometimes he leaves the singing to the singers of Armenian descent Areni Agbabian and Gayané Movsisyan. [Now] He has engaged Yerevan State Chamber Choir in his new album “Luys i Luso” (“Light from Light”).

Together with it, the talented pianist delves into the history of the Armenian church music.
