YEREVAN. – The Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC may be sold to a Cyprus-registered offshore company.
The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Yervand Zakharyan, announced at Thursday’s Cabinet session that the Russian state-owned Inter RAO Holding B. V. company, which owns the ENA shares, has submitted a petition for selling these shares to Liormand Holdings Limited.
The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, and the Public Services Regulatory Commission will consider the petition and present a respective conclusion.
Liormand Holdings Limited is registered in Cyprus since November 2010. The relevant data are posted on the i-cyprus.com unofficial website, which provides information on the enterprises that are registered in Cyprus.
