Deputy speaker of Russia’s Duma offered to hold talks on Karabakh under the auspices of OSCE in Moscow.

It is necessary to cease hostilities and start negotiations, Alexander Romanovich told TASS.

“Given close relations of Azerbaijan and Armenia with Russia, it is logical to organize a platform for negotiations in Moscow, probably under the auspices of OSCE,” he added.

Romanovich urged to carry out investigation and to identify those responsible for the bloodshed in the region.

"Splash of aggression in Nagorno-Karabakh has already become the deadliest since 1994. The heavy weapons and aircraft, are killing not only the military but also civilians. All parties to the conflict must realize: there is no military solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” he said.
