YEREVAN. – The Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, along with human rights activists Artak Zeynalyan and Ara Ghazaryan, departed for the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), on a special working visit.

The objective of this visit is to directly examine and observe, with the NKR Human Rights Defender, the Azerbaijani military forces’ atrocities committed against Armenian civilian settlements, and the situation caused by the violations of civilians’ rights.
