Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev in Istanbul Wednesday.

The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), was close for press, Turkish DHA news agency reports.

Following the meeting, which lasted for about an hour, Nazarbayev and Erdoğan had lunch together. In fact, the cameras captured an interesting moment: During the walk Nazarbayev and Erdoğan were holding each other’s hand.
