On October 17, a youtube video was spread, recorded on a mobile phone, in which an Armenian teacher is violently beating students, putting them in a corner, is mocking and humiliating them. The video reveals how a neurotic woman called the pupil to the blackboard, pressed him to the wall and slapped him with both hands. The nervous woman’s face is not clearly seen on the video. It is unclear what school the video recording was made at.

The video became a subject of broad discussions in the Armenian blogosphere. Armenian bloggers consider it likely the students deliberately drive teachers frantic and prepare cameras to publicly discredit teachers.

Noteworthy, this is not the first youtube video on Armenian teachers’ cruelty. As NEWS.am reported previously, October 11, YouTube video was spread on Facebook, where a teacher is physically and verbally abusing a student  at Yerevan Alexander Pushkin School #8, .The teacher had to leave his job after a video showing him beating and insulting a student appeared on Youtube.
