STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army serviceman Gurgen Sargsyan (born in 1997) sustained a gunshot wound, on Monday at around 11:55pm.
He was wounded at a protection area of an Artsakh defense army unit that is located in an easterly direction, and as a result of violation of the rules of weapon usage.
The NKR Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that an investigation is underway to find out the details of this incident.
