YEREVAN. – The government of Armenia will support 8 investment programms on creation of 350 new workplaces, the decision was made during Cabinet's meeting on Thursday.
Three companies will get a delay in paying import duties, four will get a delay in VAT payment on the border, and one company will be the resident of free economy zone "Alians" and will be exempted from the general taxes.
The total amount of investments is about 7 billion drams (equal to $14 million). The project involves the production of solar panels, IT, viniculture, tobacco cultivation, bee-keeping and pharmacy. The productions will be opened in Yerevan, also in the regions of Shirak, Aragatsotn and
