YEREVAN. – Along the lines of his official visit to Russia, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday met with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.

The presidents of the two strategic partner countries discussed the agenda of Armenian-Russian relations and cooperation, and reflected on the process of implementation of the agreements that were reached, the Press Office of the President of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, Sargsyan and Putin conferred on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, and exchanged views on the present-day regional and international matters and challenges.

The meeting in a narrow format between the two presidents was followed by talks in an expanded format.

And an official dinner was given, on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, in honor of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
