Clashes began in Paris after the killing of Shaoyo Liu, 56 by anti-crime police, three law enforcers were injured, Daily Express reported.
Thousands of people gathered to honor the memory of the dead. Peaceful demonstration near a police station in the 19th district of Paris developed into disorders. As a result, unknown people broke glass of the police car and tried to fire it. Three people have been arrested.
The incident which took place on March 27 was the reason of the clashes. The anti-crime police killed Chinese man after they were called to his family home in the wake of a family disagreement. The police explained this with the fact that the man attacked them with scissors. The daughter of the dead noted that her father could not attack people.
As Le Figaro reported quoting the family of the dead, Shaoyo were slicing fish with kitchen scissors when the doorbell rang and he went to open it with scissors in hands. According to the family lawyer, the police exceeded their authority.
