Islamist militants killed 19 civilians in the south of Philippines, RIA Novosti reported quoting AFP.
At least 85 people were killed as a result of clashes between the government forces and terrorists, supporting ISIS.
According to the Philippine authorities, the killing of civilians by militants occurred in the city of Marawi. Bodies of the victims are found by military officers near university of the city.
