A magnitude 3.1 earthquake struck the Armenia-Turkey border at 10:42 on Thursday.

The epicenter of the tremor was 15 km north of the village of Aragatsavan on the Armenian-Turkish border, Armenian emergency situations ministry reported.

The hypocenter of this quake was 10 km beneath the surface. 

The seismic activity measured magnitude 4 at the epicenter.
