At least 15 people were killed and 43 more were injured in a suicide attack on Mashimari village in Borno state, Nigeria, AP reported.

According to the representative of the authorities, said women were the majority of those killed in the Monday morning attack and the toll is likely to rise.

It was noted that three suicide bombers from Boko Haram group staged the attack after gunshots got villagers to run.
