Iraqi President Fuad Masum holds active talks with Kurdish authorities and on Sunday will present them proposals of Baghdad to overcome the crisis, RIA Novosti reported quoting Jabar Yawar, the secretary general of the Peshmerga ministry.

According to Yawar, the country's president is in Kurdish Sulaymaniyah for already two days to discuss ways out of the crisis.
