Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who is a part of the delegation led by Armenian President to Brussels met the Ireland Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Simon Coveney in Brussels on November 24.

 The foreign ministers exchanged views on possible ways to boost the Armenian-Irish relations, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. The interlocutors emphasized the importance of intensifying bilateral political dialogue and deepening the trade and economic cooperation.

During the meeting, issues such as the expansion of the legal framework, the intensification of the inter-parliamentary relations, the organization of bilateral visits, and cooperation in the international agencies were touched upon.

The ministers discussed Armenia-EU relations, exchanged views on the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.
