YEREVAN. – Newly appointed Prime Minister—and former President—Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia on Thursday signed a decision.

Accordingly, Hovhannes Nikoghosyan has been appointed Press Secretary of the Prime Minister, informed the e-gov.am website of the electronic government of Armenia.
