Azerbaijani Foreign Minister commented on acting Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Anna Naghdalyan’s statement that Armenia will use the right of veto if Azerbaijan declares its intention to join the CSTO.
"Armenia is not the only member of the CSTO. There are other members of this organization,” report.az said quoting the Azerbaijani FM Hikmat Hajiyev.
