YEREVAN. -- Even in if there are the best conditions ever, 100,000 Armenians from Glendale will not return to Armenia, Glendale Mayor Zareh Sinanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

His remark came in response to comment whether the Armenians from Glendale intend to return to their homeland after the revolution.

“There are people who have already moved. Of course, even in the best case, 100,000 Armenians from Glendale will not return to Armenia, but people think that they can link their future with their homeland,” Zareh Sinanyan said.

Commenting on the possible investments by Armenians from the US, Glendale Mayor said that people are now interested in investing in Armenia.

“People should have guarantees that their investments will be protected, and that process will move forward,” the Mayor added.
