YEREVAN.- Tomorrow, when the draft of the Electoral code is submitted to parliament, a dialogue will take place, there will be no discussion, like it was with   the Republican Party in the past, when any draft was met with fierce opposition, Secretary of the Yelk faction Gevorg Gorgisyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am.

He explained the lack of discussion by the presence of a partnership atmosphere, the mood of the government, and therefore any proposal is worthy of a greeting. 

He noticed shortcomings in the draft of the Electoral Code, but he thinks it's early to speak about it as they can still be corrected.
