An unidentified explosive device detonated at the College in Crimea's Kerch, RIA Novosti reported referring to the spokesperson for Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

“The President was provided with information from various departments,” Peskov confirmed.

According to him, the Russian leadership does not rule out the terrorist attack.

As reported earlier, at least 10 people were killed, 50 more injured as a result of the blast in Kerch on Wednesday.
