Everything that the state has done for border village of Movses is really nothing as compared with the heroic past and present of the village.

Bright Armenia party Chairman Edmon Marukyan, who heads the electoral list of this political force and who is also a member of the “Way Out” Faction at the National Assembly, on Monday told the aforementioned in Movses village of Tavush Province, and during their campaign rallies for the upcoming snap parliamentary election in Armenia.

In Marukyan’s conviction, the state must do everything so that people in the border village have no problems.

“You stand here like a mountain,” he said, addressing the Movses villagers. “With their everyday life, people [here] obligate peace to the adversary [Azerbaijan], and a tranquil life to the Republic of Armenia citizens in other communities.”
