Our destiny is no longer in the west, north or south, but in our hands, said the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his speech before the Armenian community of Iran in Tehran.

According to him, the task of our government is to exclude actions that may cast doubt “on the exceptional national unity that the Armenian people in Armenia, Iran and all around the world are experiencing today.”

The Prime Minister thanked Ararat Sport and Culture Complex, which made efforts to create an Armenian hearth for many years.

“This is really our common pride,” he said highlighting the role of the Iranian diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Armenian Catholic Church.

“The main goal of our revolution is that now everyone believes not only in the future of our country and people, but also are confident that the 21st century will be our victorious march,” he added.

The Prime Minister answered the questions of those present on Armenia-Diaspora relations, the results of his visit to Iran, the priorities of the government, the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, the Armenian-Turkish relations and other issues.
