The European Court of Human Rights has registered the third complaint of the attorneys of the second Armenian President, Robert Kocharyan, the team of ex-president’s attorneys reported.
According to the source, the third complaint concerns the first extension of Robert Kocharyan’s custody, during which paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of the fifth Article of the Convention were violated.
One of the previous complaints concerns the violation of the presumption of innocence and the choice of arrest as a preventive measure.
