YEREVAN.- Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on Friday appointing Estera Mkrtumyan as Ambassador of Armenia to Paraguay, the press service of the President's Office reported.

She is also the Ambassador of Armenia to Argentina (residence Buenos Aires).
