May 10th marked the opening of the house-museum of freedom fighter Vardan Stepanyan (Dushman Vardan) in Shushi.
Lieutenant-General Arshavir Ghahramanyan posted a video of the opening ceremony on his Facebook page with a comment that reads as follows:
“The Azerbaijanis’ last and most crucial attack to retrieve Shushi failed thanks to the actions proposed and planned by Vardan (“Dushman”).”
