Armenia's third president Serzh Sargsyan, Artsakh president Bako Sahakyan and Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan visited Amaras monastery, deputy chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan wrote on Facebook.

Earlier in an interview with Artsakh public television, Serzh Sargsyan said he is going to visit Amaras to see how it is preserved.
