President of Armenia Armen Sarkisian attended the closing ceremony of the European Games 2019 in Minsk.

Armen Sarkissian was present at Dynamo stadium together with Russian president Vladimir Putin, Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko, Tajik president Emomali Rahmon. The footage showed him chatting with Vladimir Putin.
