The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on Monday sent a congratulatory message to Russian Federation (RF) diplomat, Ambassador Vladimir Kazimirov, on his 90th birth anniversary.

“As the head of Russia’s mediation mission in the Karabakh [(Artsakh)] conflict settlement talks, and then [as the] OSCE Minsk Group RF representative and Co-Chair, you have had a major contribution to the start of the pacific settlement talks on the Artsakh conflict,” the message reads, in part. “Your efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement, to ensure a pacific settlement of the conflict, and to form a full-fledged format of talks are invaluable.

“Armenian people laud your mediation activities in pacific settlement of the Artsakh conflict, in ensuring stability in the region.”
