Armenia’s Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Armenia Tian Erlun had today a meeting devoted to accreditation of the new military attaché for defense of the Embassy of China in Armenia at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense, as reported the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

The defense minister congratulated the newly appointed attaché, Senior Colonel Soon Tszilun on assuming office and wished him more success.

The parties recorded the high level of Armenian-Chinese relations and military-political dialogue in all sectors, including the defense sector. They also attached importance to the expansion of cooperation and exchanged views on regional and international security issues.
