President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Bako Sahakyan on Friday received Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Davit Tonoyan, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.

A number of issues related to army construction and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sector were discussed during the meeting attended by Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh Karen Abrahamyan.
