The court completed the consideration of the NSS' request for an extension of the arrest of the former head of the SRC, Gagik Khachatryan. As Khachatryan’s lawyer Yerem Sargsyan, told reporters, the court’s decision will be announced at noon on October 24.
Gagik Khachatryan was arrested on August 30. He is accused of abuse of power and embezzlement on an especially large scale.
